The holotype (366) does not preserve the crest. The larger premaxillae (365) get referred to Cristatusaurus based on what? If the single autapomorphy is missing in the holotype, it is not diagnostic, and that should make the taxon nomen dubium. Like Manospondylus gigas and T rex.

I'm seeing a lot of misinformation and overreaction to the proposed sinking of Suchomimus into Cristatusaurus.
I implore everyone to read the literature before posting and arguing about it.
Cristatusaurus' holotype is not diagnostic. Suchomimus will prob stick around (thread)
