I rarely trusted using P16 in diagnosis of melanoma but in this case, it beautifully demonstrated clear loss in the melanoma population and reserved in the nevus population! and PRAME shows the exact opposite! only wish every case coming in your way will be like this! #dermpath

Bingo! Yes Meghna 👏 Not an easy field to recognize Hepatoblastoma. 1- Melanin can be identified in Hepatoblastoma, although rare (a teratoid feature) 2- Hepatoblastoma may show rosettes in the embryonal type and those may be reminiscent of neuroectodermal elements. More images👇
