I got tired of re-explaining my business to AI every single day. So I built Pryme. One click loads your full project context into Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok before you type a word. No more starting from zero. No more stale context. Free to install 👇 chromewebstore.google.com/de…

59 installs of my Chrome extension, and I have no way to contact a single one of them. If you've used Pryme, what's the one thing you'd tell me?

Chrome Web Store showed 67 installs this morning. Now it shows 61. No new uninstalls. Ghost installs are real — CWS retroactively prunes installs that never actually activated. Your "install count" is not what you think it is.

Most people optimize the paywall. Almost nobody optimizes the moment right before it. That's where the conversion actually happens.
5
If your extension has 90%+ retention and zero conversions, the problem isn't the product. It's the ask. A cold $7/month from someone who has never felt the full value is just friction. Remove the friction first.

Solo founder lesson: the bottleneck is never where you expect. Carefully worked on the code. The actual unlock right now is a Chrome reviewer I've never met deciding my update is safe to ship. Build your best product, then wait for strangers to let you sell it.

54 installs. Zero paying users. Strong retention, no conversions. Is that a product problem, a pricing problem, or something else entirely?

Before you try to sell, audit what you promised against what you actually shipped. Found 2 Pro features in Pryme's listing that didn't exist. Keyboard shortcuts. Version history. Built both in one morning. Shipped v1.0.2. Listing ≠ product.

Your landing page can emotionally frame the right thing and then slowly talk users back out of it. My Pryme page did exactly that — nailed the opening (continuity of self), then drifted into extension/infrastructure language. One sequencing fix. Same product, clearer value. Positioning drift is a silent conversion friction.

Been looking at how AI continuity products emotionally position themselves lately and @Simple_Assets_ quietly does something really smart with Pryme. Stop reconstructing yourself every AI session immediately lands closer to identity preservation than productivity tooling. That framing is strong because users dont actually experience context loss as an organization problem. They experience it as cognitive discontinuity with themselves. But there’s also a subtle conversion risk underneath: the hero section emotionally frames Pryme as continuity of self across AI sessions… then the page slowly shifts back into extension/infrastructure language (“works across platforms”, “local storage”, “Chrome extension”, etc). So the product briefly feels psychologically bigger than the category it later explains itself back into. Even a small sequencing adjustment there could probably raise conversion because the emotional interpretation already wants to happen. Would genuinely love to go deeper on Pryme btw, really interesting positioning surface here. #Startup #ProductHunt

The AI context problem is bigger than I thought. I built a tool to inject context before a chat starts. A stranger built one to save AI decisions after. Two independent builders, zero coordination, solving the same workflow from opposite ends.

Founder critique yesterday. 4 pieces of feedback total. 2 were landing page fixes — done in minutes. 2 are build changes going to V2. Knowing which problems to solve today vs. later is the whole job when you're solo.

Solo founder launch day: Refresh every 10 minutes. Watch your rank slip. Realize you have no mobilization network. 29 installs in 15 days felt like traction. Today reminded me that traction and an audience are two different things. Building the audience is the real product.

I abandoned a business idea 3 months ago. Claude still thinks I'm running it. Every new chat, it comes back with the same outdated context. Same wrong advice. Same wasted time correcting it. AI memory doesn't know what changed. It just knows what existed. That's the real problem nobody talks about.

Most people treat AI like a search and chat tool. Open tab. Type a question. Get an answer—close tab. The people getting 10x results do something different. They brief it before every session. Context in = quality out.

What type of projects have you been working on recently? Whichever LLM you are using, are they mixing old context with the new? If so, why do you think that is? I know it can be frustrating.

This is Pryme. One click. Full context. Claude. Grok. ChatGPT. Stop starting from zero every chat. Free 👇 chromewebstore.google.com/de…

How much time do you waste re-explaining your projects to AI every week? I tracked mine. It was embarrassing.

I've been heads down building. Pryme now has 9 installs from people I've never met. It is a small number, but those are 9 real people who felt the same AI context frustration I did every day. Building can be wild, but a lot of fun. pryme-site.vercel.app
