The Knicks tip off their final preseason game tonight against the Raptors at Madison Square Garden.
I've seen a handful of fans who are genuinely upset about the Knicks being 0-4 in the preseason, and that makes absolutely no sense to me. This team just won a freaking championship. I think they'll be just fine.
For reference, the Thunder and Spurs are both 1-3 this preseason, and I'm pretty sure they'll be just fine too.
Now, let's talk about some real basketball...
Knicks regular season basketball is just FIVE days away (can't believe it), and I couldn't be more excited for banner night.
I obviously have very high expectations for this team, especially considering they're bringing back almost the exact same roster that just won a championship. The only real change is swapping Drummond for Mitch.
In addition, I've really liked what I've seen from James Wiseman and Bruce Brown, and I wouldn't mind seeing one of them make the roster. The Knicks also still need a third center.
It's time to defend this title, New York.
