AND THAT RAISES A SERIOUS QUESTION… WHY NOW? Just six days before this injunction, the Department of Justice announced a lawsuit alleging that more than 20,000 likely noncitizens appeared on California’s voter rolls. And that brings me to something I’ve been asking for years… HOW IS THE GOVERNMENT SUPPOSED TO DETERMINE WHETHER ITS DATABASES ARE ACCURATE IF INVESTIGATORS ARE RESTRICTED FROM FOLLOWING UP ON THE VERY DISCREPANCIES THEY DISCOVER?
