🔥🔥🔥Computershare announces it's working with the NYSE on its tokenized securities platform. Then $tZERO announces a proposed deal with FG Imperii Acquisition Corp. (FGII) to become publicly traded. Two major infrastructure developments landing right in the middle of our GameStop research. Y'all seeing the bigger picture yet? 👀 GameStop already uses Computershare as its transfer agent. Computershare has a historical relationship with $tZERO. Now one is expanding into issuer-sponsored tokenization with the NYSE, while the other is positioning itself for public markets. GameStop ➡️Computershare ➡️ $tZERO. The relationships exist. A joint GameStop tokenization deal hasn't been announced. Now remember Montreal talking about the old financial system disappearing and a new one emerging? Well, the infrastructure companies are publicly discussing how they're building it. No need to invent a secret merger when the actual developments are interesting enough. 👀🔥 $GME
We're pleased to be working with the @NYSE as it expands its network of transfer agent partners for its new tokenized securities platform. As the first transfer agent to offer Issuer-Sponsored Tokens, we believe innovation in capital markets should expand choice while preserving the trust, resilience and investor protections issuers and shareholders expect.

Long post worth the read. I have a close friend who flies private jets. He flew Lear 60 for over 15 years and now flies a Gulfstream. This is a copy and paste of his response to me asking him if he thought Ice was the issue. “We always fly in ridiculous cold temperatures.” “Usually you get the bad ice when the temperatures are like 0 to negative 20. Believe it or not, there's a point where it gets too cold for ice. At negative 40, you pretty much can't get ice. Besides that, the airplane is equipped with hot wings and hot tail.” “I flew the Lear 60 for like 15 years. It's a no joke airplane and probably the most dangerous airplane I've ever flown. It has a super critical wing. The airflow has to be perfect. When it gets into rough air and turbulence, it will easily stall. It has stalled on me at 41,000 feet just because we got into some turbulence. (On the way to Palm Beach as a matter of fact. ) we recovered and got her flying again around 30,000 ft. Scary But here's the problem. This airplane has a terrible coffin corner. (At high altitudes) what that means is, you fly in a really narrow window where if you lose 20 knots, it stalls. And if you gain 20 knots, it goes into overspeed. The air goes supersonic over the wing and it goes into a high speed stall, or worse, a Mach tuck. So if you stall, the normal recovery is to push the yoke forward to lower the nose and gain air speed again. At low altitude, you can push really hard and recover quickly. But in the 60... if you push hard, it will gain air speed and go into a high speed stall, it doesn't take much. It's very sensitive. The 60 has super short wings that don't make much lift. So then you high speed stall, and the computer is yelling at you... OVERSPEED! So then you pull back and enter a low speed stall. And you go back and forth trying to keep it in the air speed window. This whole thing is pretty scary. And you should recover basically by using your finger tips using super small corrections. You can't over do it. If you try to muscle the recovery, she gets mad and will become unrecoverable. If she enters a mach tuck. You're done.” “I taught the Lear 60 to other pilots and mentored them. I told them... this airplane has a soul and it's trying to kill you. Do not ever try to top the weather. Don't go over a thunderstorm. Go around it. If it means a half hour longer, then do it. Going over the thunderstorm will go into turbulence that you might not recover from. These pilots went right over a thunderstorm. I think it stalled which caused them to drop down into the thunderstorm and ended up in mach tuck. They picked up so much speed that it ripped off the horizontal stabilizer. At that point... chuck Yeager can't fix it. These same pilots did something similar a couple months ago. ATC got mad at them. They poked the bear one too many times. This is not a beginner airplane. The Gulfstream would never do this. It has HUGE margins of error and won't stall like that. But then again... it's got HUGE wings. It's a pussy cat. The Gulfstream is like driving a 4 wheeler. The Lear 60 is like riding a uni cycle.”

Icahn owns ~33% himself if you count the Nomura swaps. The new Ares credit agreement limits buyers to 35% of shares outstanding, so $MNRO can let the poison pill expire and Icahn can immediately move the Nomura swaps to himself OR he could keep them as swaps and add another 16%+ of shares instead.... I digressed there a bit, but the initial point was going to be that they already technically own essentially 50%. DOMO Capital owns 1-2% of the outstanding shares as well...
One of $MNRO +5% holders DRZ, a value oriented investment firm, has an interesting history in the name. They originally owned it since 2020, dumped most of it in early 2026 when it was up over 50% after enthusiasm from Icahn buying in late 2025. But then they came back big in Q3 and bought a 7% position in middle of the strategic review when the stock tanked in late July/early August. They hit 7% by 9/30, first time they had ever been above 5% in the name. A deal would represent a nice win for them since they were buying at $12-13 after it blew up. IMO they didn't buy it because they believe in a long term independent turn around story, they were just sellers in $20's 6 months before rebuying it. Now they own 7% and clearly would be supportive of any decent bid. So Icahn, Gabelli, and this firm own 32% and all would support a deal.

Yes, confirmed. Iranian state TV and news agencies have aired civil-defense videos instructing citizens on nuclear strike survival: avoid the flash, take cover then move to a basement or building center, seal vents, remove outer clothes carefully, wash with soap, use bottled water/packaged food, and shelter at least 24 hours while following official updates. This is amid ongoing regional tensions.

Governments in dozens of countries (Newsweek maps ~33; broader trackers list 60+) have longstanding advice for households to keep 3–10 days of food, water and basics. Reasons cited: storms, outages, cyber risks and geopolitical tension. Japan’s new disaster agency today repeated its quake-focused call for 3 days (ideally a week). Routine civil-defense guidance, not a sudden coordinated alarm.

SOS 🆘 Grok Bot users had a rough week 💀 Many of them burned through 100% of their weekly usage days before the reset, including people who say they never hit the limit. One user watched his meter leap from 44% to 87% in just 24 minutes. When one of them asked Elon for a reset, he didn’t hand one out. Instead, he got refreshingly honest and said the cost of serving Grok Bot was unsustainably high relative to revenue 😱 That one line tells you a lot. Notice what he didn’t say. He didn’t blame a shortage of chips. He said the bot costs more to run than it earns. That turns this into a question about money, not hardware: what else could those chips be earning right now? Grok Bot is a hungry product. It isn’t a chatbot sitting around waiting for your next question. It’s an agent with its own cloud computer, and it keeps grinding through tasks long after you close the app. SpaceX says it hit 800,000 paid weekly users in October, more than doubling in a single month. Even more striking, people use it more every week, not less. Yet it’s sold on flat monthly plans, with the main X Subscription tiers at $30, $100 and $200. That’s an all-you-can-eat buffet price for customers whose appetites keep growing. Here’s where it gets interesting. On that same earnings call, SpaceX revealed that new compute pays for itself in under a year at today’s rental prices. Elon said the goal is to split compute roughly 50-50 between SpaceX’s own products and outside customers. SpaceX has even pushed some of its inference work out to other cloud providers so it can keep more of its own chips for training. Think about what that means. Every GPU hour Grok Bot burns is an hour SpaceX could have rented out at market rates, and those rates keep climbing. According to SemiAnalysis, a one-year H100 rental contract jumped almost 40% between October 2025 and March 2026. That chip came out in 2022. Hardware is supposed to get cheaper as it ages, yet this one got more expensive. Now run the numbers on a newer Blackwell B200, which rents for around $6 an hour. At that rate, a $30 subscription buys roughly five hours of one B200 per month. To be fair, a single bot doesn’t tie up a whole GPU, since servers share each chip across many users at once. But an agent working all week chews through those five hours far faster than any chat window ever could. To me, this is a pricing problem far more than a demand problem. Only 4.5% of US consumers paid for a personal ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude subscription as of August, but that share doubled in just one year. The appetite is clearly there. In Elon’s replies, some users are asking for $500 and $1,000 tiers, while others want a cheaper, lighter model for basic tasks. Both camps want the same thing: pricing tied to how much work the bot actually does. My bet is that AI agent pricing will start looking a lot less like Netflix and a lot more like your electric bill. And for SpaceX, that’s a fantastic problem to have. When the fastest-growing product Elon has ever seen can’t cover the cost of running on SpaceX’s own chips, it tells you just how valuable those chips have become.
