SLOWING BULLETS PROMISED VIOLET BUILD!
It is annotated but I'm not sure how helpful it is. This is not my first ever build but its my first public one. Use if you wish, give me feedback if you do! I really want to make this a proper viable build!

I don't see people talk about it, maybe I'm just not in Graves circles, BUT I think that it is wonderfully sad that Graves cherishes her ability to speak for the dead but IF her ability to is tied to the lich hand then she cannot un-doom herself without giving that ability up.
I feel pretty good where I've got it and have been having success in my own games but if anyone else wanna use it and tell me how it is aha
