AK takes the lead in the lowest recent case rate (from past 7 days) with a big dip in their number of active cases. WA and MN are second and third. Excitingly, NY, NJ, and MI have the three largest changes in their recent case rate.

#UMNProud, MN has among the lowest new case rates for the past week. Good to see the new case rates for most states going down.

MN has been relatively aggressive early on and the numbers reflect this. Happy to see @GovTimWalz is stepping it up with a shelter-in-place order. #UMNProud has been hard at work innovating new testing, ventilators, and clinical trials. Ideas on supporting local small business?
