Funny how this seemed like a misunderstanding back then. Now it just feels like governments putting their attention in the wrong places, chasing the wrong people, while real problems are ignored.
I’ve just learned that Antonio, the least involved person in the entire SmoothStreams case and someone in fragile health, has been given no release date at all.
No estimate. No timeline. Nothing.
Meanwhile, Marshall has been told he might be released sometime next year.

This was never about justice.
It turned into a display of power aimed at the easiest targets, leaving the most vulnerable person to suffer the heaviest impact.

Antonio deserves answers.
He deserves safety.
He deserves a release date.
And both he and Marshall deserve justice that reflects the truth — not this exaggerated punishment.
More updates soon.

When a court admits the punishment isn’t about fairness — but about fear — you know justice has been lost.
That’s what’s happening to Marshall and Antonio right now. 🧵

What chance does anyone have when the justice system openly admits it’s punishing you for the sake of appearances?
How do you fight a sentence that was never about fairness in the first place?

Marshall and Antonio are paying more than their share.
Not for piracy. Not for profit.
But because someone in power decided fear mattered more than truth.
That’s not law. That’s cruelty.

After more than two years of silence, I felt the need to speak up again.
SmoothStreamsTV has been offline for a long time. The service is gone. The community we built is gone.
But something happened this week that I can’t stay quiet about. ⬇️🧵
All because Canada’s legal system doesn’t have the tools to properly deal with digital issues.
This is not justice.
It’s a disgrace.
