A year from now, when BTC tops and the NFT run begins, every coin will scramble to draw 10,000 forced generative NFTs for their project just to survive.
By that time $michi will already have made 1000s of legit 1/1 michis - of honoraries, pop culture, WW3 and historic events, you name it - with a year of lore under their belts for every single one. The brand upside is set-up for years of success.

The state of the NFT market:
NFTs feel boring right now. Everyone is focused on airdrops, and being as multi-chain as possible.
Lot of liquidity is locked, being used to farm aidrops, or being used to actively bid on marketplaces. Holding NFTs is an after thought.
Jupuary brought a massive injection of liquidity into the Solana ecosystem, and floors barely moved. 3 hyped mints performed averagely, but nothing like the Okay Bears / Trippin Ape Tribe era.
Coins are performing well. NFTs are not. (With exception of Mad Lads and Pudgy Penguins who have established themselves as the faces of our ecosystems)
On the flip side, people are chronically more involved and present on the internet. The Apple Vision Pro is selling like hot cakes. We are moving into a world of constant connection in an online world.
People's need for social status will not change. It will just become more important that you showcase it online.
As the bull run continues, people are going to have more and more spare liquidity. They'll look to spend that in one of two ways - 1) investments they believe will make them more money and 2) social status.
A lot of NFTs suck. But the ones that don't are going to continue to change how we interact online.
Punks are selling for over 1 million again. Pudgys are just getting started. Mad Lads are hitting ATH. BOOGLEs are selling for $350k USD.
