Does anyone else fill up their car thinking about the bike parts they could have bought instead?🤷🏻‍♂️

If it winds drivers up, that is their problem, not mine. I'm using the roads as prescribed by the Highway Code. They are not (rule 147). I do it for the safety of my daughter. I ride in the primary, she rides in the secondary.

If some drivers can't see a marked police car with blues and twos, they're not going to see a person on a bike if they are not looking. Hi viz is pointless on the countyside where everything is green and questionable in towns due to the increase in bright coloured signage.

It's great when it happens (unfortunately the car before these three did a close pass and was reported - action being taken) and you can see me giving a wave of thanks. Shame we can't notify these drivers for good driving - It wouldn't take long after every ride!🤣 (Date wrong).

Tell me about it. Overtaken approaching a mini-roundabout, on a blind corner, on a hill. They couldn't wait or slow themselves by 9 seconds. On the positive side...look at all that space they have given us by driving over the hatched lines on the wrong side of a mini-roundabout🤣
You should be crossing over fully into the opposing lane. Remember the bit in the highways code about giving people on bikes the same space as you would do a car?
