Today’s #Inktober prompt is #Roof. Roof of the world Himalayas pose adaptive challenges due to low oxygen and pressure conditions. Drosophila & humans share the genetic signals for this adaptation and similar SNPs associated with hypoxia tolerance & metabolism.
