At the end of the day though... Just longing $HOOD looks like a way more convincing trade if you're bullish on the chain.
New coins going down 86-90 percent is literally par for the course. The volume still tells me nobody really wants to trade pons yet.
Just a heads up. I don’t really have much to say about audio for the foreseeable future. Will talk more about trading.
That might be annoying I realize - and not why you followed me. Would take no offense if you unfollowed.
So no, I didn’t get hacked or anything. My interests have just changed.
There is only 1 investable asset in this category. If you look at all timeframes.
it's funny watching everyone on the timeline parrot the '$PONS is done because its revenue is smoked' narrative
that might make sense if you only look at a few days of data in isolation
but zoom out and look at the entire Robinhood eco
$PONS is still the undisputed #1 fee & revenue generator across ALL timeframes
24h, 3d, 7d... NOTHING comes close
revenue is down because activity across the entire Robinhood chain is down
but what happens when that activity comes roaring back?
$PONS reprices aggressively upwards and leads the entire eco again
i believe the Robinhood chain eco has bottomed and will lead the next wave of onchain activity
and if i'm right, the next leg up could be FAR more explosive than anything we've seen so far
the market is focused on declining revenue
i'm focused on what happens when revenue starts exploding again
would be a shame to be underexposed before the market catches on
Likely goes lower but I’ve closed shorts.
$PONS Avoiding longs here. And not to get anyone stirred up but it's also not a bad short entry w tight stop.
It's failed to reclaim/is rejecting the VAL from the range it traded most of September. For added confluence the 4hr EMA's we can also see the wicks on the sides of the current structure.
Daily wick rejections also look bad - granted current hasn't closed yet. Every angle I look suggests further movement downwards.
If I'm wrong, that'd be great. but to my eyes these moves are super clean.

Congratulations Shayne, I mean it.
We all watched Polymarket grow from a tiny crypto-native betting market into one of the largest information oracles available to the public.
Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, Polymarket gave up on its values.
I was rugged for $500K by Polymarket after correctly predicting the future - that Microstrategy sold Bitcoin before May 31st. As anyone knows, Strategy sold Bitcoin for the first time in 3.5 years at the end of May. Your own platform's X account tweeted it out. The rules were clear, but "sharps" and insiders colluded to scam thousands of traders by modifying the rules, disqualifying evidence, and publicly rewriting history.
You chose to focus on the money - Sports+US Election markets over smaller crypto+world politics markets.
That's fine, but Polymarket is now essentially unusable for anyone who believes in your original vision - a free and open information oracle, futarchy as a public service, and the simple concept of making money by correctly predicting the future.
Insider cabals have taken over smaller markets and now rats, both inside and outside of your organization, abuse these for financial gain. If it's not a large market, there is no guarantee that it will not be manipulated, disputed, or challenged on technicality or supposed precedent.
Polymarket is essentially just another sportsbook now. And that is unfortunate, because it could have been so much more.
Today is the 6 year anniversary of when I launched Polymarket.
I’m truly grateful to be able to work on something that means so much to me.
It’s been awe-inspiring to see the world catch up with this crazy idea called “information markets”. Yet there still remains a long ways to go
For those curious about my headspace when starting the company, this thread is a nostalgic artifact.

@PolymarketDevs @Polymarket Can you please explain the logic going on here. Final Price says down, Chart says up with target below it, Outcome says down, balance showed as claimable in my account, claimed for 0 - kept showing back up.
I know these markets have discrepancy - and most of the time I can make sense of what happened. This is an outlier though - it’s from an entire day ago. I don’t know if I made money or lost money and/or how to tune my strategy further.
The 5m markets are a fun idea and create some really cool edge opportunities. This is going to have to improve though.

Got around to building this guy today. IMO It’s a better Easter mascot as it actually comes from an egg. The perfect organism…
Visited @BokTower over the weekend. Easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen since living in Florida… It kinda reminded me of another place though 😆
