$NWBO @MHRAgovuk @FDA @DrOzCMS @POTUS @Merck @NHSBT @SpimacoAddwaeih Treatment initially FOR GBM and then future treatment for all Solid Tumors coming in the UK. More Countries will follow as demand will surely rise from the successful treatments that will be seen in UK, similar to the GBM treatment given to Braelyn and many others in the United States. @HollensbeAmanda "NHS Blood and Transplant's (NHSBT) Therapeutic Apheresis Services (TAS) and Cellular and Molecular Therapies (CMT) teams are supporting the UK production of DCVax®-L – a treatment for Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), an aggressive form of primary brain cancer, as well as all solid tumours."

$NWBO Great little write up from "MrBobbob" on IHUB Tuesday, October 27, 2026 10:46:56 PM Post# of 847666 The panic from the shorts and bashers is at a frantic level. I’m enjoying this immensely. Tsk effin tsk. Keep it up. You’re making me even more convinced that unconditional approval is imminent. As a reminder, Joanna knows more than all of you combined. You’re guessing.. She knows. Joanna Stanson Why Would She Leave Roswell Park for NWBO Now? Stanson was Director of Dendritic Cell Operations at Roswell Park, one of America’s leading cancer research institutions. She had helped build its GMP manufacturing facility, worked with advanced cell therapies and established herself in a highly specialised field. She had a career, credibility and a position at an established institution. Then, on August 31, 2026, she announced her departure. When asked about her next move, she replied that she was returning to biotechnology to work on a dendritic-cell-based vaccine. On October 26, NWBO announced it had recruited a former Roswell Park Director of DC Operations to strengthen its US manufacturing and regulatory capabilities. Now put yourself in her shoes. NWBO was trading around $0.16. The company was struggling financially, repeatedly raising capital through dilution, and still awaiting an MHRA decision on DCVax-L after almost three years. A rejection could severely damage its finances, its share price and its ability to pursue commercial manufacturing. What would persuade an experienced professional to leave Roswell Park for that uncertainty? A salary? She already had a career. Stock options? At $0.16, with further dilution and potentially devastating consequences from rejection, their future value would depend heavily on the company’s success. The excitement of building something? Certainly. But there needs to be something financially and operationally viable to build. And most importantly, why take that risk before approval when she could simply wait? Stanson is someone who understands dendritic-cell manufacturing from the inside. She has worked in the same scientific environment as Pawel Kalinski, whose next-generation dendritic-cell technology NWBO licensed from Roswell Park and the University of Pittsburgh in 2024. She and Kalinski even appear together on a 2025 scientific abstract involving dendritic-cell immunotherapy. This is someone exceptionally well placed to understand what NWBO has acquired, what it takes to manufacture these treatments and whether its plans are technically credible. I find it entirely plausible that, during recruitment, she was given detailed confidential briefings under appropriate agreements about NWBO’s manufacturing progress, financial plans and future operations. Perhaps she also learned about the NHSBT collaboration before it became public. August 27–28: CHM discusses unresolved concerns concerning an unidentified glioblastoma treatment. August 31: Stanson announces her departure from Roswell Park. October 8: NHS Blood and Transplant publicly announces its DCVax-L manufacturing collaboration, including Leeds and Oxford, with expansion being explored. October 26: NWBO announces its US manufacturing restart plans and specialist recruitment. My belief is that Stanson must have seen something sufficiently convincing to justify a major career decision. I suspect she had far greater confidence in NWBO’s prospects than the share price suggested. And given how much DCVax-L approval matters to the company’s financial future, I believe that confidence likely extended to its regulatory prospects. Of course, we don’t know what she was told, and an employment decision cannot reveal MHRA’s confidential conclusions. Recruitment discussions may also have started before the August CHM meeting. But that doesn’t diminish the central question about her incentives. She could have remained at Roswell Park and waited for the regulatory uncertainty to clear. Instead, she apparently chose to become part of NWBO’s next chapter before the decision. And now we see NHSBT expanding its involvement, NWBO preparing additional US manufacturing capacity and a specialist with direct connections to its licensed dendritic-cell research joining the company. To me, this looks like a professional making an informed decision about where she believes the future lies.

$NWBO Tale of the Tape today, 7.5 million on volume, up 10.42 percent. For Daily we need to close above .18 and on Weekly we need to do the same. Have not closed above the 20MA on Weekly since May when we were about .30 cents briefly. I will be looking for Volume to pick up if we get closer to a MHRA decision, Thursday OCT 29th is next CHM meeting which we are hoping a decision is made and sometime in November announcement is given.

$NWBO Seems @StephenMoore addressed @HollensbeAmanda Braelyn this morning on Fox Business. Here is an article in Maui News which looks to be the same content. mauinews.com/opinion/columns… "Every few months, a young 19-year-old woman from South Carolina boards a plane to London. She isn’t going sightseeing. She’s going to get her next dose of a cancer treatment that was invented in the United States, developed by an American company, and credited by her doctors with clearing a brain tumor other surgeons had refused to touch. She was diagnosed with glioblastoma at 16. It is the most common and most lethal brain cancer, the disease that killed John McCain and Beau Biden. Her tumor came back so aggressively after her first surgery that doctors stopped operating. This was a death sentence."

$NWBO As most heard George Zavoico departure as Vice President of Corporate Development over a week ago comes as we now we see the new PR today by Northwest Bio. I really appreicated all the effort and communication George had put into the company especially spear heading the relationship with the CVC "Cancer Vaccine Coalition" group. He did alot of work unknown to the general public that help build corporate relationships for NWBO. prnewswire.com/news-releases…

$NWBO I decided to another look at August CHM meeting minutes of the Members attending and special invitees. My interest was getting additional intel on NHSBT Collaboration in OCT and if any members exist on CHM that would provide additional context that NHSBT is well aware of CHM/MHRA discussions and progress on approval. This is my own DD, so you can make your own conclusions etc. Marc Turner is Member of CHM, Director of the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) and is Chair of the Vaccine Expert Advisory Group BVEAG. He did not attend the August Meeting, but most likely attended the all critical SEPT meeting. SNBTS and NHSBT cooperate through the UK Blood Services Forum and other joint activities. Turner has historically participated in UK-wide blood-services governance alongside NHSBT leadership. The special invitee was Professor Farzin Farzaneh who knows all about DCVAX as seen in Image.

$NWBO I get all alerts for DCVAX, first time ever I got a alert of Reuters, The I/B/E/S Buy rating of Outperform posted yesterday, Reuters for NWBO comes from financial data associated with LSEG, London Stock Exchange Group. Most all of my alerts come from news like in the 3rd image attached. Probably nothing but noted anyway.

$NWBO @NorthwestBio As we now head into the weekend and November nears we now know via the CHM minutes for August 2026 "A medicine used to treat glioblastoma cancer of the brain" was mentioned in the Pre-Hearing section indicating an Oral meeting will be needed to decide whether the data have resolved the questions put to the NorthWest Bio. Based on history and language used in past CHM minutes, specifically in May of 2024 where Eli Lilly was informed for an Oral meeting and then in July the meeting was held resulting in a decision and approval in August of 2024 two months after the Pre-Hearing paragraph on the alzheimer's drug. Will DCVAX-L follow the same timelines ? That is the question or will MHRA ask for even more answers that can't be resolved in meeting. We do not know for sure Oral meeting happened in Sept, but if it did, OCT meeting should be the decision and possible approval for Nov 2026. These are all if's but I believe the timelines are feasable and just maybe we are at the END of the ROAD.

$NWBO I had AI go through all my CHM Meeting files from 2023-2026 looking for comparisons of this statement in every CHM meeting file "The Commission advised that the concerns had not been adequately addressed and the applicants should be invited to address these concerns in oral representations to the Commission." Attached are my findings , had 2 oral request in 2023, 5 in 2024, 2 in 2025 and ours in 2026. This information is the best I could come with with based on what CHM meetings release to the public and trying to piece together what was approved afterwards.

Not both drugs that were approved for alzheimer's back in August/October 2024 were under same company Eli Lilly, CHM meeting minutes does not differentiate between the two, so really the approval could be stated in happened once in 2024 not twice as shown on Image. Kind of confusing, but PDF spells it out a little better.

$NWBO It would be reasonable to question why NHSBT would devote specialist capabilities to DCVax-L if the project had no credible future. NHSBT publicly announced its collaboration with NWBO and Advent Bioservices. The agreement includes: Leukapheresis collection of patients' immune cells. Specialist cell processing and handling. Initial operations in Leeds and Oxford. Exploration of expansion to other locations across England. In regards to CHM meeting notes for August 2026
