It's not hard to understand why people are suspicious of Never Trump Republicans who spent their lives on the right ruining the world and who are now declaring themselves leaders of the Dem resistance and effectively belittling those like @SamSeder ("I don't know who these people are") who've been fighting the good fight for decades. The basic lack of respect/humility is unnecessary and bad. It raises questions about their true motives and about whether they are actually interested in being good-faith allies.

It's disgusting to compare American Jews to a white supremacist extremist movement that terrorizes Black and Jewish Americans — and that @ADL has spent over a century fighting.
The irony of comparing Jews to a movement whose very ideology is steeped in Jew hatred is apparently lost on him.

Hasan Piker on Zohran Mamdani's decision to back Hakeem Jeffries for House Speaker. Hasan is absolutely correct about the type of politician Hakeem Jeffries is:
"I really, vehemently, oppose Zohran Mamdani's aggressive posture defending Hakeem Jeffries. I don't know what kind of backdoor dealings are taking place but it's not a secret to me, at least, that it's New York Democrats that are very clearly backing Hakeem.
They're not backing Chuck; I think Chuck is dead in the water, but they are backing Hakeem, which I think is disastrous and I think is completely unacceptable.
Hakeem Jeffries is a figurehead of the worst elements of the do-nothing Democrats. He has a massive war chest that he's gotten from AIPAC directly. He's pro-AI, he's pro-Crypto, in some respects."
