For eight years, I have remained largely silent while allowing the appropriate legal processes to unfold. Today, that changes. **Public Statement** Since coming forward as a whistleblower in 2018–2019, I have been the target of a deliberate, coordinated, and sustained campaign of harassment, defamation, impersonation, racism, intimidation, and retaliation. Over the years, this campaign has continued to escalate and, in recent months, has included explicit death threats directed at me, along with ongoing efforts to silence me, destroy my credibility, and interfere with every aspect of my personal and professional life. The conduct has included racist and misogynistic attacks; the unauthorized use of my name, likeness, and intellectual property; the publication of false and defamatory statements; the dissemination of private information; the creation of fake profiles and impersonation accounts; ongoing threats and intimidation; and repeated attempts to interfere with my family, professional relationships, clients, business, and livelihood. These actions are supported by extensive documentary evidence and are the subject of ongoing legal proceedings involving the identified individuals. Formal complaints have been filed with the Office of Attorney General of California. Office of the Attorney General of Texas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as the appropriate authorities in Canada and Germany. Multiple jurisdictions are involved, and the matter continues to be pursued through the appropriate legal, regulatory, and law enforcement channels. Out of respect for the integrity of these proceedings, I will not litigate this matter on social media. The facts and evidence will be presented where they belong. My focus remains on my work, my clients, my business, and the communities I serve. And why are the electrical poles and wires still in tact if the wingspan of the jet was approximately 45ft wide? At that speed it should ALL be decimated, including the mobile homes nearby. And the heat would make it impossible to be so close to the crater and wouldn’t allow anyone to walk barefoot. Evaporated plane and everything still in tact across 45ft.
