That’s quite a thread Nick. Might be an inappropriate word but, beautifully put. The only way around ..... you’ll get there.

Hmm. Far too binary a position. WFH can, of course, be acceptable. As can working from an office. Neither, alone, is an acceptable solution. The future office is not just an iteration of the past office.
The pandemic could make most sectors realise that WFH is not acceptable, especially for workforces mostly living in small flats in London. The office market will survive when this is over one day, with occupiers prioritising the best smart, tech enabled, healthy buildings.

Not really. Partnership deals are not new. Just historically relatively uncommon. In the future they will become much more common. They align interests and reduce risks.
While #coworking giant WeWork battles ongoing liabilities from its rapid expansion and failed IPO, a newer flexible-office product is spreading its wings in Texas and attempting to cut costs associated with coworking and traditional office products. bit.ly/2Xed8EU
