I was actually so pissed that I didn't have art to post so I forced myself to do 20 minute sketch of this cat and I enjoyed it. Thanks @SpaceStuffX11 for the inspiration and love. My husband's best man was named Emil.

Got my final pay check and I am now now officially unemployable! On the one hand, great. On the other, I'm not sure I'll ever find paid emplyment again, and I don't fancy 'monetizing' some hobby. I'm at a bit of a loss tbh.

But I can't seem to relax into being a stay at home mother, even though there's a ton of things for me to do every day. But if someone asks me 'what do you do?' I have no idea what to say. My sister suggested saying 'I've taken early retirement' and I almost cried. I'm too young!

Hopefully Christmas will prove to be a pleasant all engrossing distraction. But not in a bride-zilla sort of way. (Like, what if I poured all my 'work energy' into the house? Or 'this way doth madness lie' ?)
