So… what exactly do you do?”
That’s probably the question I’ve been asked the most over the past few months asking who I am and what I actually do, so I figured it’s about time I properly introduced myself.
Hi, I’m Spec.
I help founders, startups, businesses, and organizations grow by combining marketing, branding, content, sales, customer psychology, and AI to build brands people trust and businesses people buy from.
My work cuts across growth marketing, brand strategy, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, founder-led marketing, copywriting, brand positioning, WordPress, CRM, sales, AI automation, customer research, conversion strategy, and growth systems.
I enjoy breaking down why people buy, what makes brands memorable, and how businesses can earn attention in an increasingly noisy world.
Beyond working with clients, I’m building my own marketing agency while documenting the journey and sharing what I’m learning along the way.

You can be a virtual assistant, social media manager, graphic designer or copywriter and keep saying, “I’m available for work,” without clearly showing people the value you bring.
Putting yourself out there matters. It gives people the opportunity to discover you, understand what you do and consider working with you. But it’s not just about showing up. You also need to know what to put out there and how to communicate your value.
That’s what positioning is about.

Your packaging is already selling your business before you say a word. But packaging isn’t just about how your product looks. It’s also about how you present your offer and show people the value they’re getting.
The same goes for customer feedback. When a customer says, “I love it!”, that’s a good start. But if you can explain what they needed, what they bought, what changed and the result they got, you give potential customers a clearer reason to trust your business.
For example, instead of only sharing “My customer loved the product,” show the problem the customer had before buying, how your product helped and what difference it made.
That turns a vague compliment into useful proof of the value you offer.
And learning how to communicate that value is part of selling. You need to know how to position your offer so people understand what you bring to the table.

What would you do if you observed that every time you tell a particular person something that is about happening in your life, it never comes to reality!.
Like every time you share a new client you are about closing or a new opportunity, something just happens or there’s a pause but if you tell others, nothing happens.
Should you cut off the friendship, or just give the person space off your life?.
