Fraudulent Auto-Renewal Practices – Demand Immediate Refund and Cancellation** Dear Customer Service / CEO, I am writing to strongly protest your deceptive and fraudulent subscription practices. You are forcing customers into automatic renewals without clear, ongoing consent, and this is completely unacceptable. When I signed up, I was not properly informed — or was actively misled — about the auto-renewal terms. Your system automatically charges my card again without fresh authorization, trapping subscribers into ongoing payments they did not intend to continue. This is not transparent business; it is a classic scam tactic designed to trick people into paying for services they no longer want. **This is fraud.** You are taking money from customers without explicit, renewed permission. Hiding behind tiny checkboxes or buried terms of service does not make it legal or ethical. Many consumers (myself included) feel deceived and robbed by these dark patterns. It should not be this way. Companies should be required to get fresh, affirmative consent for every renewal period — not sneak charges onto cards month after month or year after year. I demand the following immediately: 1. Full refund of the most recent unauthorized charge. 2. Permanent cancellation of my subscription with no further auto-renewals. 3. Written confirmation that no future charges will be made. 4. An apology for using these predatory tactics. If you do not resolve this within 7 days, I will escalate by: - Filing complaints with my bank/credit card company for a chargeback - Reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and my state Attorney General - Posting my experience publicly on social media and review sites so other customers are warned No one should have to fight to stop paying for something they no longer want. Stop treating your subscribers like cash machines and start acting like an honest company. I expect your prompt reply with a resolution. Practicing how I'm gonna file a case with ............ for taking my last card for subscription. Dont wanna tag yet until result is out. I believe most people face this
