Brad Bird explains that each person's powers in ‘THE INCREDIBLES’ represents an average family unit.
“Fathers are expected to be strong, so I made him super strong.
Mothers are pulled in ten directions at once, so she stretches.
Teenagers are insecure & defensive so she can turn invisible & has force fields.
10-year old boys are energy balls that just go until they pass out.
Babies are unknowns, they could be the next leader of the free world or they could be a bag man, you don’t know.”

The Gojo misogynist thing is such a stretch.
Calling him racist is also disingenuous, what he said was racially insensitive and wrong, but when he waa confronted about it and corrected, he accepted it and apologised.
Gojo is representative of both contemporary Japanese society, and the elite upper class. His ignorance is a product of Japanese isolationism and upper class ignorance, he was perpetuating something echoed within the society he lived in, but it shows that indviduals are capable of coming to an understanding and confronting their own biases just by interacting with different people.
Its just a reductive statement to Gojo’s character, the story and racism as an issue just label him as such without any consideration for context nor what the story is trying to convey.
