They’re right about Western games but I don’t think the Chinese can complain about anyone else being cookie cutter as they have a problem of being derivative. Better than Western slop for sure, but I wouldn’t say Glorious China is going to save gaming.

First, how is that better than any Sony cinematic game. Second, the first image is how long it take in your video to have to turn, and the second image is how long is just “stay in a straight line till the end” The sharpest turn in the track is negated thanks to the rail.

The sequence is a climactic build up to the final lap after a stressful lap 5 to qualify for the finale of the race. It works very well for its purpose. You’re also incorrect, taking the turns sharply and getting the correct mini turbos is not easy, nor is taking-

So much of what you are showing is automated gameplay to feel like a challenge. There is maybe 1 tricky part in the entire lap. Again, it’s a party game, not a racing game.

This might sound counterintuitive to Westerners but I suspect Japan is one of the nations that is most vulnerable to cyberattacks. Its corporate culture is very slow to change and uses a lot of antiquated technology, while the country itself is rich enough to make a juicy target

Also insane to say gamers are “the worst customers” when there are memes about gamers specifically refusing to not buy games. The truth is gamers will reward you with one hand and punish you with the other. So maybe you should care about if people want attractive characters.

The original crash was more just Atari imploding. A real crash would be a slow demise with many firms closing which we are seeing. It’s likely going to be underpinned by a big player dying (likely Ubisoft)

Old videogame crash occurred because there was market saturation and insanely low quality repetitive games which perfectly encapsulates current gaming. Standards have dropped so low that "people" will play another vampire survivors clone. This is why we won't get a modern crash
