This Thursday @SportsMemNet we welcome Geoff Thompson who needs no introduction to north east football fans.
Geoff was the founder and former CEO of Utilitywise energy consultants and is well known in footballing circles as the pioneering Chairman of South Shields Football Club who under Geoff’s stewardship have enjoyed a remarkable rise up the non-league footballing ladder. Also recently Geoff helped save Durham Women’s team from going out of business. It’s a 10:30am start as usual.
