The right-wing Anakin posting does make a lot of sense as it combines many of the Right’s core preoccupations: getting groomed; killing your wife; working for an insane, octogenarian tyrant; being hated by your children; losing and dying

This performance answers the question of why Lamar can’t just “play hurt”. Because this team requires everything and then some from him to win.
“Hey Lamar I know your ankle is sprained, but we need a 40 ball to beat the Bengals”

When it’s someone they know, they say he’s “a good man” and give him the benefit of the doubt.
But when it’s just some working class Spanish-speaking husband and father, they say, “I voted for this.”
I’m not at liberty to share all the details, but suffice it to say that many people rejoicing over this have given a completely incorrect rendering of what occurred and why.
ICE did not come to his home. This whole thing is a paperwork issue that they’re working to resolve.
Samuel Sey is a good man. As you can imagine, his wife, who’s at home with their 3 babies, is devastated and also trusting the Lord to help them find a resolution quickly. Please pray for all of the Seys. Pray for wisdom and provision.
Those celebrating because they don’t like something Sam said are slanderous backbiters and gossips. Pay them no mind

I saw someone say they miss when the internet was a library and not a store and I’ll be damned if that’s not the realest thing I’ve seen all year.

Trump: I travel with doctors. If people get sick in the audience, they leave them alone. You know what they call them? Collateral damage. If that person right over there, he looks like shit actually. He looks like he's ready to have a heart attack. If he did, my doctors would leave him alone.

Pensem primeiro.

Greta Gerwig's ‘NARNIA’ trailer is out. The Magician's Nephew. 1) They sidestepped the deserved controversy around Aslan, gender, and God's nature 2.) The movie looks truly beautiful. It's a cosmic story that now looks the way reading it feels. 3) Ciarán Hinds appears to narrate the start of the trailer. His role remains unknown. I do wonder if he's a missing piece in the Aslan drama. Why that would be undisclosed—I don't know.
