Such a long grind and climb up the world ranking with many podium misses in recent years. You are a world champion, Thea LaFond.
Watch Thea LaFond 🇩🇲 go out to a big PB & World Lead of 15.01m to win the women's Triple Jump World Indoor Title in Glasgow!

Went to Ravens training camp practice today. Buckle up Ravens’ fans, it’s gonna be a FUN YEAR. Lamar Jackson is in FULL COMMAND of the offense with much more flexibility to make adjustments at the line of scrimmage. The offensive firepower is there and being tapped into by New OC Todd Monken all over the field. The defense was flying around, over communicating on every play and just added Jadeveon Clowney. COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS until we get to see what this Ravens team does this year.

Throwback Thursday in honor of Springbrook coach Bryan Steele being named All-Met Coach of the Year this week. In 2006, Steele was about 70 meters away from the NCAA 400m Hurdles title. He finished as NCAA runner-up. He was so good. youtu.be/xYekH9b5TXE

Devon Allen SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DISQUALIFIED.
He didn’t jump the gun.
He didn’t flinch.
He got punished for being TOO FAST.
Watch for yourself.
