I’ve lost my hero.
Steve Wright has left us. Heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
He was the reason I started my career.
Steve, you changed radio and thus broadcasting for us and shall be very, very sadly missed. Go Well.

I've been going through some of the muck I've posted on here this past year and have decided to re-post some of my favourites, starting with this.
Good evening.

...was surprised to see Liz Fraser cast when seeing the film's original credit board. Not sure of the timing or why this possible swap occurred, although not a bad job done of the Mrs Pike we all know under the circumstances - a bit too glamorous for J Le M and sergeant Wilson..?

.@rickygervais @PenFarthing @Nowzad @NickyAACampbell @GrumpyOldRick @marcthevet @lesley_nicol Pen has gone to hell & back during these last few weeks because he prioritises both people & animals before himself. He’s a hero.

The typical Common Market official is said to have the organizing capacity of the Italians, the flexibility of the Germans and the modesty of the French. He tops all that up with the imagination of the Belgians, the generosity of the Dutch, and the intelligence of the Irish.

You're used to delivering bad news. Like when you had to tell Main Wairing about being ordered to wear your medals on parade @CaptainGMain @SquareDSO
