Thank you so much @DrDanNicholls! Such an inspiring and important talk, and very entertaining too! So much to take from it and to make us think what else we could be doing for those pupils experiencing disadvantage.
A privilege to talk at the @TedWraggTrust Conference @MarineAcademy exploring social Justice and equity… and privileging disadvantaged learners. #growgreatpeople #StrongerTogether @MeredithSi20367 @LunnJon @pdcornish76

Thank you to @MrBoothY6 for a fantastic and inspiring webinar about Whole Class Reading this morning! 👏 I love how you include non-fiction in WCR and use it like a pre-teach to support foundation subjects. Definitely lots for us to think about in our own practice 🤔 👍🏼

So many cracking (or should that be crackling?) ideas coming from our member schools to get families involved in their child’s reading journey! This is our first firepit and we think it’s 🔥!
Sharing a love of reading and encouraging parental encouragement with reading by hosting a ‘Share a Story’ event around the fire pit! A lovely memorable experience for our youngest learners 📚 #readingforpleasure #loveofreading @LettersSounds @OpenUni_RfP #TeamMarine #EYFS
