handwritten notes work sooo well for cold outreach
got 2 replies in under 10 mins
might never send a normal cold DM again lol
an LLM trained in 1789 would’ve told you to respect the monarchy.
makes you wonder what today’s models are telling us to accept.

Most of today's AI power is held in the hands of a few, who can choose what you're allowed to think and what you're permitted to do.
We stand on three substantially different foundational beliefs:
- You shouldn't ask permission for intelligence.
- Superintelligence will be a distributed collective.
- Humans are not meant to be relegated to a permanent underclass.
If we don't distribute intelligence, nobody will.
hiring at an early stage startup is such a pain
you spend hours on linkedin finding people, checking their github, figuring out if they're a good fit, and then trying to find a way to reach them
treg is trying to do all of that for $0.19 per candidate
kinda crazy how cheap recruiting tools are getting lol

this is sooo cool my man!!!!
never thought my silly handwritten notes would inspire anyone lol
genuinely makes me so happy seeing people take inspiration from my little growth experiments and actually try it themselves ❤️🔥
the biggest mistake in B2B sales is assuming everyone is ready to buy.
most of your ICP isn't even looking for a solution right now.
your job isn't to convince them to buy today.
it's to make sure you're the first person they think of when they finally need one.
50% week-over-week growth for 10 weeks straight is nuts.
it's been 10 weeks of 50% week-over-week growth with pancake.ai
no matter how many startups you’ve built, the next one still makes you feel like a beginner. there’s always something you’ve never done before that you suddenly need to figure out.
jumping out of a plane, trying to break a guinness world record. it's all fun!
but the best part is still realizing you’ve built something other people think is worth paying for.
more to come!
if you're building AI voice agents, this one's for you.
a completed call doesn't always mean a happy customer.
made a quick video explaining why and how to catch these problems :)
your AI voice agent could be losing customers while your dashboard says everything is working fine.
calls completed ≠ successful conversations.
are customers repeating themselves? is your agent misunderstanding them? are people hanging up frustrated?
made a quick video explaining how to catch these problems before they hurt your product.
give it a watch :)

a founder with 2k followers who gets 5 demos a week is doing better at growth than a founder with 50k followers who gets none.
somewhere along the way we started confusing building an audience with building a business.
they're not the same thing.
silicon valley has officially run out of normal launch ideas lmaooo
pancake and corgi are literally trying to break a guinness world record for the tallest pancake stack at their launch party

2 months ago, I cold emailed Joe Gebbia, co-founder of Airbnb.
he actually replied haha. $100B company btw.
didn't get the meeting, but learned something.
your cold email doesn't need to be perfect. just keep it short, make your ask clear, and hit send.
sometimes even a rejection is a win :)
founder-led content only works when it's actually founder-led.
i love founder-led content but please let founders have their own opinions lol
the whole reason people follow founders is to understand how they think, what they're building, what they've learned, and what they genuinely believe in.
not to read some perfectly polished linkedin post that could've been written by literally anyone.
there's nothing wrong with having someone help you write or structure your thoughts.
but the opinions, stories, and experiences should actually come from the founder.
not from interns manufacturing hot takes to hit their weekly content quota.
the writing can be outsourced. the thinking shouldn't be.
honoured to be part of the SF’s most cracked GTM engineers!
feels good to be amongst such goatedddd folks 🐐❤️🔥
spot me gng :)))
been sending handwritten notes for cold outreach.
someone actually replied with a handwritten note 😭
HAHAHA this is getting out of hand
why are companies like Google, Exa, and Corgi paying attention to what their AI assistants get wrong?
because just having an AI assistant that works isn't enough.
are users getting helpful answers? is the AI forgetting things? are people leaving frustrated?
made a quick video explaining how to find these problems before they hurt your product.
