IMO she could never die. They definitely would have a team with eyes on every student 24/7, and she probably would either be given constant updates or have an in ear that production could use to talk to her live.

i always wonder what tsumugi's plan was for if she just died junko was hidden during her killing game so the odds of her getting killed were basically zero, izuru and tengan set up their killing games to operate without them, but neither of these were the case with tsumugi's
