A big thank you to the Two Johns who came to Heartwood and delivered online safety workshops for all our KS2 children, staff CPD and a parent/carer workshop.
Thank you also to the local businesses who supported the raffle at the parent/carer workshop.

Heartwood children in R, Y1 and Y2 took part in an exciting Romlit project. The children contributed as illustrators. Richard O'Neill visited as part of our GRT learning and helped to give every child in Reception and KS1 their own copy of the book @therroneill
This looks fabulous 🫶🏼
We are VERY excited to announce our new FREE CPD programme 'How to be Wise about Words'

I will be running an OU/UKLA Teachers' Reading Group from October. It's online so you can join from home with a cup of tea :) @OpenUniversity @WensumEngHub
Absolutely loved today with @NickRMT and @WensumEngHub
Can’t wait to close the word gap, increase children’s vocabulary and of course keep children loving reading.
