Attention Parents of Ballplayers:
5 things NOT TO take for granted:
1) The OPPORTUNITY to watch your kid play
2) A coach that cares about your kid beyond just ⚾️
3) The OPPORTUNITY your kid GETS TO play
4) A team where parents act like adults & get along
5) A team with players who have great attitudes

Can’t preach this enough. Is there anything more dangerous than a confident and comfortable hitter. 💪
Hitting is being overcomplicated!
Balance, Timing, Rhythm and Attitude. If you don’t think you are going to be successful you probably aren’t. In a game of failure believing in yourself is paramount. #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @SliderDominate @ROXSystem

Kara Lawson said, “Don’t give me the power to affect your self-esteem and who you are as a person.”
“Don’t let me control whether you’re going to have a good day.”
Confidence comes from within.
It's the feeling you're capable.

⬇️ College Softball is CUT THROAT & these numbers will tell you why ⬇️
A participation survey that was last updated 1 April 2024 by NCAA Research, shows that there were roughly 344,952 high school participants in softball across the country. 21,646 of those athletes became NCAA participants. That is roughly 6.3% of high school participants that became NCAA participants in softball.
2% of those athletes went Division I.
1.9% of those athletes went Division II.
2.4% of those athletes went Division III.
There are roughly 300 Division I schools in the country.
There are (+/-) 25 roster slots.
There is one starter per position.
What does this tell you?
The reality is: College Athletics is not for everyone & if you are outworked, you will be passed up.
