Today begins Red Ribbon Drug-Use Prevention Week in DOE schools so CPU visited I.S. 2 (@egbertwildcats) to speak to the entire student body about the dangers of drug abuse. Huge thanks to Princ. Passantino, Counselor Ms. Aimetti, staff & students for engaging this tough topic.

This Saturday, 60+ volunteers joined RCDA, Tottenville Civic Association, America's Clean Team, & NYPD to tidy SI's South Shore during our Community Cleanup. Thank you to all who came out to tackle litter, graffiti, & illegal signs. Because of you, our home is cleaner & safer!

Using United Against Hate Week as a moment to reaffirm our commitment to rooting intolerance out of SI, DA McMahon was pleased to assemble members of the SI Hate Crimes Task Force for a meeting focused on cementing future goals & broadening the scope of our critical work.
