Lo ha annunciato la #CEI in una nota.
👉In tutte le fasi dell’iter di discernimento e approvazione, i Vescovi italiani hanno sostenuto la richiesta del Comitato promotore, riconoscendo nella figura del giudice Livatino un modello di riferimento, uno speciale intercessore per quanti ogni giorno amministrano la #giustizia.
“Il giudice Livatino si è distinto quale autentico uomo di legge e fedele servitore dello Stato. Nel suo servizio alla collettività, è stato capace di contemperare nell’esercizio delle sue funzioni la verità con la carità, la scienza giuridica con l’etica cristiana e l’atto del giudicare con un discernimento illuminato dalla fede e dalla preghiera”, sottolinea il Card.
