This bill will stop federal dollars from going to states that:
1. Rip kids from parents who know sex is immutable and gender transition is not only impossible but harmful.
2. Condition fostering or adoption on whether the potential parent will agree to sex-rejecting intervention.
3. Provide sex-rejecting interventions to kids in foster care.
4. House foster care kids based upon identity instead of sex.
5. And my personal favorite, provide that parents can sue the states and government agencies including the social workers who investigate them or take their child because they know that their child is, and will remain, the sex to which they were born.
Ask your Representative and Senator if he or she will support this bill.

How a non-U.S. citizen can ILLEGALLY vote in a California election?
On paper, California does require voters to be U.S. citizens. However, Registration forms ONLY require the applicant to check a box SELF-AFFIRMING U.S. citizenship. Officials do not require documentary proof of citizenship at registration, or when voting.
Identity verification typically involves matching a California driver’s license/state ID. This check confirms identity and helps prevent duplicates, BUT IT DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY CITIZENSHIP STATUS.
A non-citizen who has a valid CA ID/DL, and falsely attests to citizenship can potentially complete the registration process
Once registered, California’s VOTE-BY-MAIL system and LIMITED ID REQUIREMENTS at polls mean an ineligible person who is on the rolls can receive and return a mail-in ballot, or vote in person with relatively little, or no additional scrutiny.
The DEMOCRATS already know there are clear gaps in Voter ID Requirements in California ELECTIONS. The question is which party has the INTEGRITY to fix it!
