I would love an answer please @SkyHelpTeam as if it’s something you can do remotely and can fix without having an engineer - as for some reason my sky tv doesn’t have a set up anymore !
@SkyHelpTeam was sent a new sky q box,since receiving had no satellite signal&waiting for an engineer booked for 13/11-waiting 2.5 wks.I just cancelled free upgrade HD&saw this in the email,has my package been incorrectly switched off&that’s why I’m having the no satellite issue?
@SkyHelpTeam I have a new sky a box arriving today. I won’t be home when it comes, the message from dpd says to have the other item ready to hand over to the driver. I’m guessing this is the old sky a box. Will this be a problem with delivery as I won’t be home?

We've been experiencing issues with Sky Mobile. This is now resolved, however, a small number of customers may still have issues while our systems get back to normal.
As a gesture of goodwill Sky Mobile customers will not be charged to use data in the UK this coming weekend.
