Dear Ghana police, I have a question, if a person gets an accident( which was a mere scratch) involving a police officer, do the officer have to seize my car and drive his away, and I wrote my statement and he didn’t , and my car that brings food to my table is being seized for 4 days now and then the police stay home with the car and calls his junior officers to tell me the cost of the mere scratch is 2000
Please is this a legal way, does the law affect the police or not?
Two cars involved in a minor accident, one car is seized and the other is rooming freely because he’s an officer or a commander or whatever
Please get back to me because I feel like it’s bullying and intimidation
