Great to get on site with Shane Dignan and the #DCOH team to see #Darwin’s new Civic Centre taking shape. With premium commercial space across floors 11 to 20, this project will help attract businesses and investment to the #Territory.

Today, I visited the #AliCurung Community to check out the #WarrabriBakery. It was terrific catching up with my long time friends Andrew Tsavaris, Sheryl Holmes, and Paul Marshall.

During parliament we passed critical liquor reforms to protect #Territory communities and prevent a repeat of Labor's rivers of grog. Our government will continue to prioritise community safety and make the #NorthernTerritory the best place to live, work, visit, and invest in.

This morning I dropped into the #DevilsMarblesHotel to grab a coffee and say hello to the amazing staff. Thank-you to Jo and Richard for the wonderful work you’ve done over the last two years - it was good catching up with you both.

When severe weather strikes, we want contractors on the ground faster to fix our roads and reconnect communities. We’ve established two contractor panels, with 29 appointments across 18 companies, to fast-track emergency repairs and reconstruction of roads, bridges, culverts, footpaths and drainage.

Perfect weather at the #TennantCreek Community Markets this morning. Great to see lots of people out and about picking up a few bargains, purchasing food and spending time catching up for a chat.

Out early this morning with Aimee and Sarah Edgington participating in the #TennantCreek Parkrun. Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. The Lake Mary Ann Tingkkarli @parkrun is 5 km and takes place every Saturday morning starting at 7:00am. Thank you to all the volunteers for supporting this fantastic community event.

Great news with @KGLResources reaching a Final Investment Decision on the Jervois Copper Project. ✅ Construction to start in 2027 ✅ 350 construction jobs ✅ 550 ongoing jobs ✅ Opportunities for local businesses ✅ First Copper expected in 2028 The Territory is producing the minerals Australia needs.

I was pleased to attend the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha Australia hosted by the Minister for Multicultural Affairs. #Annakut is an important Hindu tradition which celebrates gratitude, generosity and community.
