@British_Airways @airwaysservice 11 weeks now, another week rolls by, lockdown is taking off and my refund still hasn’t landed (excuse the pun)! – at Bexley, London
10 weeks, still waiting for refund. sure I’ll get another tweet from @AirwaysService @British_Airways stating it’s been escalated with the refunds team and an exact timescale can’t be given, wonder why public confidence in airlines is so low?better customer service will solve it!

Yet again another DM from @AirwaysService stating my case has been escalated, according to my records my refund has been escalated 7 times now, that’s a long escalator it’s travelling on! @British_Airways
Didn’t realise ‘escalated with our refunds team’ meant another week without any positive developments!
8 weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund to be processed, please refund my payment immediately. – at Bexley, London

6 weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund to be processed, enough is enough, please refund my payment! – at Bexley, London
@British_Airways 5 weeks and counting since I was told my refund was being processed. Imagine my delight when I was asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey yesterday....pleased to say it didn’t take me 5 weeks to do it, and you didn’t need to chase me on a daily basis!

@IRONMANtri @Ironman_UK @IMLanzarote disgraceful that athletes are being asked to pay fees when transferring races due to Lanzarote being cancelled this is not an athlete choice to transfer but has been forced upon us. Transfer policy more like #licensetoprintmoney – at Bexley, London
@IRONMANtri you could learn a hell of a lot from these guys #anythingispossible if you really want to facebook.com/ChallengeRoth/v…

@British_Airways completely dissatisfied flights to Lanzarote next May have been brought forward by 24hrs!
This means 1 extra night of: accommodation, car hire, car park fees, unpaid leave from work and the inconvenience of now having to arrange all of this myself at my own cost! – at Bexley, London
Still dissatisfied having spent almost 24hrs discussing this with various BA operatives I am told I would be responsible additional costs! Flight was cancelled not amended, can anyone advise my legal rights on this matter please.@BritishAirwSUCK @AirwaysService – at Bexley, London
Outbound flight is now on 20 May, return is still 28 may, do your flight schedulers not appreciate this causes massive issues for travellers moving to an 8 day travel period
