BREAKING: “YOU'RE NOT HIS LAWYER!” Democrat Robert Garcia RIPS Trump's Attorney General Todd Blanche for offering Stephen Miller the entire Justice Department as his personal legal defense team! Rep. Robert Garcia fired back at Blanche's astonishing declaration that he and the entire Justice Department would serve as Stephen Miller's lawyers when Democrats begin investigating the incoming White House chief of staff. ““Todd Blanche is not Stephen Miller's lawyer. He's not the lawyer of the president,” Garcia told MS NOW. “At the end of the day, he's the lawyer for the Department of Justice and the people of this country.” Blanche had rushed to Miller's defense on Laura Ingraham's Fox News show after Garcia warned the architect of Trump's brutal immigration crackdown that he should “lawyer up.” “Stephen Miller has a lawyer. It's me. It's me and the entire Department of Justice,” Blanche declared. And Garcia has another bone to pick with Trump's attorney general. He accused Blanche of lacking the courage to appear before the Oversight Committee, despite months of requests and assurances from Republican Chairman James Comer that he would testify. “What is Todd Blanche afraid of?” Garcia demanded, accusing him of helping lead a White House cover-up involving the Jeffrey Epstein files and abandoning survivors seeking justice. “He doesn't want to answer questions because he's scared to,” Garcia said. The confrontation comes as Democrats prepare to take control of Congress in January and launch investigations into Miller's conduct and the administration's immigration enforcement operations. Blanche may think he can put the entire Justice Department at Miller's disposal, but Garcia has made it clear that the incoming Democratic majority intends to hold both men accountable. And unlike the Republican-led oversight committees in Congress, Democrats aren't going to be satisfied with Blanche's deflection and excuses. Time for leadership, Democrats!

BREAKING: SWEET KARMA! Democrat Scott Colom, who is about to win the Mississippi Senate seat, only ran after his MAGA opponent stopped him from obtaining a lifetime federal judge position! This is one of the most glorious backfires in American history... Back in November of 2022, President Biden nominated Colom to the federal district court in northern Mississippi. He received support from the state's senior senator, Republican Roger Wicker. But Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith, who Colom is now leading by 1,764 in the vote count from Tuesday, refused to support the nomination. In fact, she blocked the Senate from even considering him by withholding her blue slip, an old Senate custom that lets one home-state senator veto a judge. She defended her indefensible move by insisting that he couldn't be trusted with such power because of past support for transgender rights. In reality, she was just pandering to the racist MAGA base by blocking a Black Democrat. But if she hadn't blocked him, Colom would be a judge right now. Instead, he's poised to take Hyde-Smith's seat, flipping a seat that a Democrat hasn't been able to win since 1972 in a state that handed Trump 61% of its vote in 2024.
