"We don't do that in our program."
"That's not good enough."
"We need more from you."
"We're better than that."
"You've got to step up."
"This can't happen."
When your athletes say these things
to their teammates, you've got:
- GREAT LEADERSHIP
- FULL ACCOUNTABILITY

If you cheat a workout, you’re only cheating yourself. If you take shortcuts, you’ll pay the consequences eventually. But if you respect your craft and do things the right way, even when no one is watching, you’ll be rewarded with great results.

Returners, Incoming Freshman, & Recruits:
The summer is where ELITE athletes separate themselves from average athletes.
You decide.
Take A LOT of time off and be average or have a workout PLAN this summer to join the ELITE.
The choice is yours.

Your coaches are watching you every day. This off-season will tell them a lot about who’s committed to improving/growing/working hard & who’s only interested when it’s convenient for them. There’re no secrets. You can & will only be great at what you’re willing to sacrifice for!
