Most brands buy their hemp. We make ours. Own lab. Own concentrates. Own gummies. That's why quality doesn't drift. #hemp #stevesgoods

Six days to Nov 12. Before you reorder, ask your manufacturer three things: what's in the base, which lot the COA covers, and whether the run is made on their own floor. Clear answers make planning easy.
6
A COA only means something if it matches the lot in your hand. Every batch we run in Louisville gets its own lot number, and that lot gets its own COA. Same base, same process, checked every time.

Eight days to Nov 12. If a gummy SKU uses any cannabinoid that isn't naturally produced by the plant, it needs a plan now. Pull the ingredient spec, match it to the lot COA, and decide: reformulate, sell through, or retire. Guessing isn't a plan.
5
Ask a gummy brand what "vegan" changes and you'll hear "no gelatin." On the line it changes more. Pectin sets fast, so there's no do-over at deposit. We hold acid, solids, and temp tight on every batch in Louisville, then match each lot to its COA.

Every new formula starts as a small batch in our Louisville R&D kitchen. We dial in the set, the flavor, and the dose per piece, test it, then write the spec. Only then does it go to the production line. Small batches first keep the big runs boring, and boring is the goal.
5
Reformulating for Dec 11? Get three numbers on paper first: mg per piece, pieces per container, and the total per container. Then run a small pilot batch and test it before you commit to a full run. A spec is a lot cheaper to fix than a pallet.

A good gummy starts with a short ingredient list. Pectin for the set, tapioca syrup for the base, actives dosed to a written spec. No gelatin, no guesswork. Made on our own Louisville floor, COA on every lot.

Six weeks to Dec 11. Whatever your lineup looks like after that date, the steps don't change: lock the spec, approve the label, set the run date, and leave time for lot COAs to come back. Plan the run now so December isn't a scramble.

Pectin doesn't set like gelatin. It needs the right acid, solids, and temperature at deposit, every batch. That's more work on the line, and it's how we make a fully vegan gummy with a clean bite and no animal gelatin. Made in our Louisville facility, start to finish.
6
A COA only means something if it matches the lot in your hand. Every finished lot gets its own code and its own third-party COA, tied together before it leaves our Louisville floor. Vegan pectin base, tapioca syrup, made by us.
8
What's on the label should be what's in the gummy. Every finished lot gets checked against its spec sheet before it leaves our Louisville floor. Vegan pectin base, tapioca syrup, COA on every lot.

Deposit weight is a spec, not a guess. We check it on the line through every run, so piece one and piece 50,000 match. Vegan pectin base, tapioca syrup, made on our own Louisville floor, COA on every lot.
16
Same spec sheet at 10,000 pieces or 1,000,000. We scale the run, not the recipe. Vegan pectin base, tapioca syrup, made on our own Louisville floor, COA on every lot.
4
Vegan starts at the receiving dock, not the label. Pectin instead of gelatin, tapioca syrup in the base, and every raw material checked in before it touches our Louisville floor. COA on every finished lot.
14
New formula? We work it out in-house first. R&D, pilot batch, and production all run on the same Louisville floor, so the gummy you approve is the gummy we make. Vegan pectin base, COA on every lot.
7
Every lot has a trail before it leaves Louisville. Raw materials in, cook notes, deposit checks, finished COA out. If something's off, we can find where — not guess after it ships.
7
A vegan gummy isn't finished when it leaves the mold. Cure time sets the texture, so we don't cut it short to hit a ship date. Pectin and tapioca syrup, made in our own Louisville facility, COA on every lot.
9
Deposit weight is locked before the first piece hits the tray. That's how piece count and cannabinoid target stay aligned for the whole lot — checked on our Louisville floor, not adjusted at the end.
5
Before a run starts, we lock the spec sheet with the brand: cannabinoid target, piece weight, flavor, count. Then a third-party COA checks the finished lot against it. Same Louisville floor, start to finish.
6
Tapioca syrup and pectin aren't shortcuts. They're the base we dial in for every vegan run. Same Louisville kitchen for cannabinoid and supplement gummies — GABA, L-Theanine, melatonin included.
