3. Run the blockchain. The Twitter API will boot you after a few hundred.

Thanks to my own diligence and @StoreScams, I've successfully blocked almost 1500 of those stupid fake storefronts. Now all I get is ads for bras for people with small boobs

Finding it onerous to block promoted ads here? Go block everyone @StoreScams follows and you’ll get hundreds of them in one easy to find list. Although, the more I block, the more entertainingly weird the ones that remain seem to become.
