Cameron Buchan enjoying Rowing Strava segments.
Do you have your favourites? A short sprint to a bridge? The regatta course, our your head races. They are a great way to compare your outings.

The fastest over the segment (set in racing) is 5:44 well done @JoelCassells 👍👍👍💪💪💪
196 average heart rate 💔 🔥😩
Fastest boat recording on the #HenleyRoyalRegatta #henleyqualifiers #stravasegment today is 6:23 💪💪💪
Found it, some early starters setting some times for today on the segment. (Segment could now be 10-15 seconds off of official timing need to confirm where the start is)
Gave sliding seat coastal rowing a go at the weekend it was fantastic! Amazing coastal line at Studland Beach, Dorset.
Definitely worth checking out coastalrowing.co.uk and their facebook page facebook.com/coastalrowingce…
Most recent update to the Strava iOS app now lets you pick the sport you are doing before recording. No more rows saved as runs or rides 😃👍
