Waited over 75 minutes for stubhub live chat, only to have them end the conversation because I didn't respond within 2 minutes🙄
That's terrible, and almost moreso due to the fact that it was clearly a pre-planned thing that took a decent amount of effort. That wasn't just a small tree that someone chopped down on a whim.
