Star Trek DS9 ripped off the premise of Babylon 5. B5 was written with a complete arc before DS9 and shopped around to networks, one of which was UPN. The similarities are too numerous, specific and incongruous with Star Trek's established style. I will fucking die on this hill.

There's no intellectual debate to be had about what's happening. It's not about immigration, or integration, or Islam. It's about a bunch of violent thugs blaming Muslims for a terrible crime, being instantly disproved, and then continuing with their bullshit anyway.

Hats off to the military boffins who've figured out how to make lasers travel at the speed of light. Amazing stuff. Maybe one day soon, they'll figure out how to transmit shouted orders at the speed of sound.

Congratulations to Dr William Barter who has been elected as @LHCb_UK Physics Coordinator. He will be leading the UK community who are searching for signs of new fundamental particles and forces of nature. āš›ļøedin.ac/3LlHfUM #LHCb #CERN #particlephysics

Reform UK is a fascist party! I paid for a ticket, was silent in the queue, and when I reached the front, despite showing my press pass, they kicked me out. Journalists who criticise Nigel Farage and Richard Tice, get dragged from buildings or sued. They HATE free speech!

Judge us on our record: Ā£100bn lost to Brexit, child poverty tripled, 6.7m people in fuel poverty, Ā£8.7bn wasted on dodgy PPE, Ā£7.2bn on Covid loan fraud, homelessness doubled, national debt tripled, record tax burden, turd infested rivers…

This is not the election for protest votes. For the first time, we could demote the Tories to third. Winning fewer seats than the LibDems would wipe them out as a political force. Polls suggest this is within reach, but we need tactical voting to get us over the line. 1/12

He resigned rather than face the music for lying to Parliament. He thought the rules didn’t apply to him but enforced them on others. He’s not exactly an asset.

When you vote today please remember that because of the Tories you: • Wait longer for an ambulance • Wait longer in A&E • Wait longer for a cancer diagnosis • Wait longer to see a GP • Wait longer for specialist treatment • Wait longer for mental health support

1. Watch this video. 2. Vote tactically tomorrow to get the Tories out: stopthetories.vote/ 3. Encourage everyone you know to do the same. Tomorrow can be brighter than today. But only if we work for it.
