Big deal for $VLTLF $LIB! And the structure aligns exactly with what management has been communicating. Demand is there, and LibertyStream will grow into it. 500 tonnes in 2027, followed by another 17,000 tonnes across 2028–2031, subject to the final LTSA. Combine that with the existing 600 TPA agreement, and Freedom 1’s planned capacity is already spoken for and then some. Freedom 2 and additional capacity become the logical next steps. This is exactly what project financing is designed to support. This contract should strengthen the case for closing the Endurance financing and attracting additional capital. And think about this: they’re still working with 5+ other potential customers at various stages of qualification and negotiation. Almost ironic that the battery-material customer, with its notoriously long qualification cycles, is the first to sign! 1 down. 5+ still in play. $VLTLF $LIB #Lithium #DLE #CriticalMinerals

My Tesla has become my mobile office. Calls. Research with Grok. AI agents working across both companies I run. Even adding stops to navigation through Grok. What’s changed most is how productive my time on the road has become. FSD (Supervised) handles much of the driving workload while I remain attentive. Freeways, rush hour, parking lots. The reduction in mental and physical load is significant. With Grok becoming more integrated into my daily workflow, the car is increasingly an extension of my office. It’s pretty remarkable how quickly this technology is evolving. If you’re curious, my referral code gets you a free month: tesla.com/get-app/referral?c… @Tesla @grok #Tesla #Grok #FSD #AI $TSLA $SPCX

$VLTLF $LIB.v let this sink in for a minute… 20k tpa demand in negotiation… that’s forward looking revenue not captured at today’s valuation.
Up to 20,000 tpa demand in negotiation these weeks! The massive resource in the #Permian Basin is the base! And $LIB.V $VLTLF see the massive domestic demand, that would buy everything they can extract by 2030 & going forward! It's a company in the building & the Gen-6 de-risked the story, next final de-risking is building & operating Freedom-1 in Q1-2027

Chinese lithium carbonate inventories continue their fall...now less than 3 weeks of supply, even for the restated series...In my view it's only a matter of time til prices bounce...

$RIO is a $150b giant in the mining space. Showing a 3.4x growth in lithium thru 2035… demand is already outpacing supply. $VLTLF $LIB.v has an advantage of bringing in capacity much faster than any greenfield.
Nice slide from Rio Tinto about the massive amount of metals needed in electrification, EVs, AI, digital infrastructure, and traditional buildings. ⛏️👇

$VLTLF $LIB.v To meet the needed Lithium demand they need to add 34,000 tons every other months for the next 24 years…. Demand isn’t going away despite market manipulation, I mean recent price draw downs. Keep your eyes on the horizon.
134 new lithium mines are needed to meet 2050 demand. That’s a new mine every two months for the next 24 years, representing a total of ~7 million tones LCE. Of total 2050 lithium demand, EVs are forecast to account for 76%, despite rapid BESS growth. Find out more 👇

There’s a much bigger story in Friday’s LibertyStream commercial update than I think the market is recognizing. $VLTLF $LIB.V The headline was 9,100 tonnes per annum (TPA) of potential lithium demand by 2028, with room to grow to 20,000 TPA. But to me, the real story is WHO LibertyStream is building relationships with and WHY. LibertyStream has consistently emphasized relationships with end users rather than simply selling lithium into wholesale markets. More importantly, they’re targeting customers whose businesses can grow alongside LibertyStream’s production capacity. Look at Packet Digital. The MOU wasn’t simply about selling lithium today. It was about establishing a domestic lithium supply relationship as Packet scales its battery manufacturing and drone-related business. Those relationships take time. Customers need to qualify the product, establish confidence in quality and consistency, and build reliable supply chains. That’s precisely why these relationships can become so valuable. Friday’s update put real numbers behind that strategy: 600 TPA under a definitive offtake agreement 3,000 TPA across two signed MOUs Another 5,500 TPA in various stages of negotiation, qualification and procurement That’s 9,100 TPA of identified potential demand. Now consider the economics. Let’s use an illustrative lithium carbonate price of $20,000/tonne and LibertyStream’s estimated steady-state operating cost of $6,200/tonne. At 9,000 TPA: Annual revenue: $180 million Production operating costs: $55.8 million Potential operating contribution: $124.2 million That’s NOT EBITDA or net income. Corporate expenses, financing, taxes and capital requirements still matter. But it illustrates the economics of a scaled operation. By the end of 2028, LibertyStream could be approaching the production capacity needed to serve those customers. Customer demand can become the catalyst for accelerating production. Additional offtakes, customer-supported financing and project-level capital could accelerate deployment of LibertyStream’s modular production platform. The real flywheel is: Customer qualification → Long-term offtakes → Project financing → Additional production → Growing customer demand. If LibertyStream successfully converts these relationships into binding agreements and builds the capacity to deliver, are we really looking at a $150 million company? I’m focused on the customers who could help make that capital available. That’s what makes Friday’s update so significant to me. $VLTLF $LIB.V businesswire.com/news/home/2…

$VLTLF $LIB.v There had been lots of (crazy) rumors floating around… What I know is the company is in the trenches, juggling lots and lots of balls. They are working off takes, water supply agreements, going public, building Freedom 1, sampling lots of customers, the list goes on and on. Bottom line the work load is high. Financing hasn’t changed, project Financing isn’t like getting a CC at the checkout line at TJ Maxx for 10% off. Underwriting takes time and boxes have to get checked off. Pathfinder loan is fine, strong strategic partner. Pushing the General Meeting was to benefit share holders, not some nefarious thing. Management hasn’t changed. Execution hasn’t changed. If your investment thesis has changed, that’s a YOU problem not a company problem.

$VLTLF $LIB.v Great interview and YouTube/podcast if you want to hear what the expert has to say about #lithium supply/demand dynamic. The truck market is underestimated currently and will end up being a big drive (pun intended)
Happy to be back again on Rock Stock Channel for #lithium lovers! Shame my video was too choppy and couldn't make it to the podcast, but hope y'all love the content!

As a founder, one of the thousands of hats I wear is protecting my cap table. Granting pro rata rights to an early investor is part of that strategy. They saw the opportunity, believed in the vision, and took the risk before everyone else showed up. Why would I want to push those investors aside when things start working? Those are exactly the people I want on my cap table. Pro rata isn’t a burden. It’s an opportunity to preserve relationships with the people who believed first. And if I agreed to those rights, honoring them isn’t optional. It’s integrity. @pejmannozad you can have as much Pro Rata on my cap table as you want.
About pro rata: We often write the first check. Before friends and family. We’re there when there’s no product, no traction, and sometimes no company. We roll up our sleeves when things get hard. We bridge companies when nobody else will. So when things finally start working, why should we step aside and give up our ownership to bigger funds? We took the risk when nobody else would. Why should we give up the upside when everyone else wants in?

$VLTLF $LIB.v “The size and timing and all that of the IPO, I think, is going to be rooted in customer contracts. And so I think that I want to give certainty, as much certainty as I can, to the project financing folks, which is also the shareholders, which also dictate to the IPO.” They’re not planning to IPO on air. They want to bring certainty to the financing story, and in this business that means commercial contracts and bankable offtake agreements.
LibertyStream: Building America’s Next Major Lithium Producer | CEO Alex Wylie I sat down with Alex Wylie, founder and CEO of LibertyStream ( $LIB.V / $VLTLF ), for a deep dive into the company and what they are building in the Permian Basin, Texas. LibertyStream has the potential to become one of the largest (if not THE largest) lithium producers in the U.S., with a model that could also make it one of the lowest-cost and fastest to scale. The idea behind LibertyStream is surprisingly simple: Oil & gas operators in Texas move enormous amounts of oil every day (~6 million barrels per day). And even greater amounts of produced water (~20 million barrels per day). That water contains lithium. Instead of building a new mine, Liberty plugs into existing oilfield water infrastructure, extracts the lithium, refines it on site, and returns the water. The lithium supply chain today is heavily dependent on China (especially for refining), creating a meaningful national security risk. Liberty is extracting and refining lithium right at the heart of the U.S.: Texas. They have the fastest time to market (conventional mines take multiple years), the lowest CAPEX, and a leading AISC (all-in sustaining cost). The company has come a long way in a short period of time. Since I first came across LibertyStream, one thing has consistently impressed me: their ability to execute. Every major milestone they have laid out has been achieved, and achieved on time: - Field extraction in 2024 - On-site refining in 2025 - Consistently produced battery-grade lithium carbonate for the past 3+ months - Partnership with Select Water Solutions - First commercial offtake signed - Secured up to $95M in project financing to fund commercial expansion - First 1,000-ton/year commercial unit now being built in Howard County, Texas I had the opportunity to visit their operations in Midland in June, which helped me understand how much of the infrastructure Liberty needs is already sitting there. That, to me, is what makes this story particularly interesting. They are not trying to recreate the lithium supply chain from scratch. They are trying to bolt lithium production onto an enormous existing oil & gas ecosystem. During the interview Alex went through the full story: the technology, Select partnership, unit economics, customer demand, project financing, permitting, competition, media manufacturing, scaling production, and what still needs to go right. There is still plenty to execute on. But if (when) Liberty proves that its first commercial unit works economically and repeatably, the opportunity gets very interesting very quickly. Hope the conversation helps anyone trying to understand the company. In @iancassel new book, he talks about turning $10K into something meaningful by finding two 10-baggers. I’ve had my share of 10-baggers over my career: $SRPT, $ASTS, $VLTLF and others. Today, my concentrated public-market pick is $VLTLF $LIB.v But I have another company I believe can beat them all. That’s a bold statement, but on this one I have some pretty serious inside knowledge. My newest pick is my own company: VeriPhEye.Ai We’re building Spatial AI for the emerging Physical AI world. Think world models. Think robotics. Think about the frontier models that come after LLMs. The world is racing beyond AI that simply reads words, documents and databases. The next frontier is AI that can see, understand and reason about the physical world. What we’re building at VeriPhEye isn’t another simulated representation of reality or a system designed to generate pretty pictures. We’re building the observation layer. The grounded truth of what the physical world actually is, warts and all. What was really there? What changed? What is missing? What is damaged? What is clean? What is unsafe? What is true? That layer becomes increasingly important as AI leaves the screen and enters homes, buildings, warehouses, vehicles and robots. If you’ve followed me for the public-company journey, I’d invite you to follow this one too. VeriPhEye is private, so there isn’t a ticker symbol to buy. But a follow, repost, like, introduction, DM, idea, criticism or word of encouragement all matter. #VeriPhEye #SpatialAI #PhysicalAI #ComputerVision #WorldModels #Robotics #EmbodiedAI #VisionAI #3DVision #MachinePerception #SpatialComputing #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #RoboticsAI #RealWorldAI #ComputerVisionAI #AIInfrastructure #PhysicalWorld #3DReconstruction #GaussianSplatting #DigitalTwins #PropTech #VacationRentals #ShortTermRentals #STR #HospitalityTech #PropertyTech #Startup #DeepTech #AIStartup
