The most financially savvy/successful people I know exclusively use credit meanwhile the financially illiterate come up with countless reasons for why they need to use a debit card
Every time someone brings the topic up on here, the replies get flooded with the second type

republicans politicians dropping their acts and finally talking like the ivy league-educated people they are after the blue tsunami is sooooo funny to me lmao
Ron DeSantis explains why the GOP "screaming socialism" doesn't work anymore:
"Young people have a very positive view of socialism compared to capitalism. The question is, why is that? Some of it is the education in our universities. But I think a big part of that is, what they're comparing is not free enterprise versus socialism. What they're comparing is how government gets involved in business, and you have crony capitalism. The best kind of indirect supporters of socialism are some of these corporatist republicans who propagate these crony policies. The average person is seeing that and saying, 'Wait a minute, you're trying to bend the government to funnel benefits to this corporation or that industry. What about having a competitive market? ... Young people really aren't seeing that. They're seeing just a handful of companies that have an outsized influence on our economy and on our society"

The trade will always be stupid by the mavericks but left picture shows why people in the organization were crazy frustrated lmfao
If the NBA was like European Soccer where there was no league playoffs and the championship winner was whoever had the best regular season record, Harden would widely be viewed as a Top ~10 player ever ngl

Luka 2.5 inches taller, can score in more ways, higher release, more efficient, & pass better.
Hes better in the regular szn and playoffs itβs not just the playoffs.
This has been obvious since 2022
On that note tho, Luka vs. Harden are so similar. A few small differences. I think Harden is clearly more versatile with who he can fit with, but ultimately Lukaβs scoring is infinitely more resilient in the playoffs and thatβs the real separator between the two
Why donβt these people just admit theyβre republicans man itβs 2026 you can be honest about your politics bud

The worst thing about him is how condescending his tone is. Like he thinks he is the final authority on basketball and everyone else is beneath him.

They hold democrats to a higher standard than their own party.
Congrats, Democrats. You wanted the power, now you've got it. So here's the bill, due by February:
Gas under $2.
Free healthcare.
Free food.
Free college.
Every last Epstein file released.
And don't even try blaming Trump anymore. You run the show now. Every broken promise from here on has your name on it. Let's see you deliver. πΊπΈ
