Never thought I’d be that guy who wore a vest, compression socks or a hat but needs must to keep niggles away. Chipping away. Special mention to my Renegades pal Mitchell Bunn, orange in photo, who came 3rd. I was 9 places behind him but he’s light years ahead of us. What a guy.

Still buzzing from yesterday’s @Sublimeracinguk Peterborough Midsummer 10k. Tough course but amazing event that was superbly organised & marshalled. New PB of 36:39 in the bag but Elliott, left, proudly wearing my medal & having it beside his bed means more than that ever will ❤️
Sublime news - Midsummer 10k a bit hit with runners.
Runners feedback by email and social media has been marvellous

We are really excited to share that The Cheesy Pig will be in the race village, serving their amazing breakfast baps, between 8:30 & 11:00, and then tasty pulled pork burgers and topped hotdogs afterwards.
We're sure you'll agree they look mouthwateringly yummy!
Well, that was quick!
Our last few places, which were released yesterday, have all been filled.
Looking forward to seeing everyone on the start line on Sunday.
