Climate clearly doesn't even come second with this Labour Government.
They've just approved Jackdaw - a new gas field.
And have still not ruled out Rosebank for oil.
We need to be investing in renewables & insulating peoples homes to lower our bills.

The right wing’s schrodinger's Megan Markle, she is both a fame hungry monster that will do anything for attention and sympathy, but also kept the letter about her father secret for nefarious reasons when it would have helped her image immensely, they are muppets
Who would she report it too ? The police who told her ?? The press who called her a liar!?!?? It was a letter from his ex wife , this lot would have just said she was bitter and making it up, just like some right wing peeps have done with Brands victims

And the irredeemable cunt who did this was out and about after 5.5 years
Andreas Christopheros opened his front door and a stranger threw a beaker of sulphuric acid in his face. The acid was so strong his shirt dissolved off his body and it burned through the floor of his hallway. His wife burned her own feet trying to drag him to the shower. The man had driven 300 miles for revenge and knocked on the wrong door. Andreas lost an eye and his eyelids. He would later say he'd rather have been shot.
December 2014, a quiet street in Cornwall. Andreas was working from home, building a new business. A normal day before Christmas.
From his office window he noticed a red van. A few minutes later, someone knocked.
In the video below he tells it himself. He opened the door like anyone would. In one motion the man said "this is for you, mate" and the acid hit him. He didn't even have time to blink.
His wife ran downstairs and found him screaming.
Police later caught the attacker. He had gone to the wrong address. Andreas was never the target.
He went through endless skin grafts. He wore a pressure mask on his face every day.
His business folded. His son was 2.
He says he refuses to be defined by it.
How do you forgive someone who destroyed your face by mistake?

Palantir have paid huge sums to former Labour ministers to lobby for this.
The NHS sees no convincing patient benefit.
Like the US told Trump this week, we're done with big tech corporations taking over our democracy and public assets.
Labour won't stand up to them. We will.

So Palantir buying a Labour Lord was good value for their money after all.
Cash for access. Stinks.
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years

This flies in face of public wishes ! Tell me how is this Labour government any different from all the status quo we have had before ! Still doing the bidding of billionaires and America
The left disowned him as soon as allegations were made , he was then welcomed with open arms by the right as he joined all the right wing grifters in the US and pretended to be a christian, even the right wing gobshites in this country stood up for him ! This paper is a disgrace

Just so you guys know what its like to live in the UK a guy in my city recently cannibalised a teenager making sure to leave her alive the entire time, broke her jaw with his fingers, and gouged her eyes out. The girl is currently still alive and in the hospital
He got 57 months
57 months what a joke our justice system is ! This is unbelievably lenient sentence for this monster! Good job he didn’t plan a just stop oil protest over zoom, or hold a placard against genocide or he would have got much longer
Replying to @PastaTin_ @edna1234
57 months. Our judiciary system isn’t fit for purpose

Natasha Devon scolds the Daily Mail for their headline, "Downfall of the swaggered sex predator fawned over by the left"
Natasha Devon, "As soon as it became apparent that these allegations were coming to light, Russell Brand pivoted to these talking points of the perpetually online so-called alt-right"
"And there far right commentators who aligned themselves with Russell Brand, defended Russell Brand, after these allegations came to light"
"We on the left - I was a fan of Russell Brand historically - I stopped being a fan of him when it became apparent how credible these allegations were"
"Many have argued that we are the kind of audience that will do that with our pesky cancel culture"
"So I just think that the Daily Mail's headline is so disingenuous"
My view:
The Daily Mail's headline attempts to make Russell Brand's downfall a story about the left, while conveniently overlooking who defended him when serious allegations emerged.
Being a fan of someone doesn't mean defending them regardless of the evidence.
As Natasha Devon points out, Brand increasingly aligned himself with right-wing commentators, some of whom continued to defend him after the allegations became public.
Sexual violence isn't a left-versus-right issue. The victims deserve justice, not to have their experiences turned into ammunition for a culture war.
The question shouldn't be which political tribe once admired Russell Brand. It should be why anyone continued defending him simply because he appeared to be on their side.

As far as I can tell "quiet quitting" is when you do everything you're paid to do, and yet your boss still gets mad because you're not doing a bunch of extra unpaid labour. Did they seriously write this thinking we would side with the boss?
'Quiet quitting' could be hitting the economy - here's why bbc.in/4ijTORZ
