If you are a small business owner looking for free yard signs there are thousands of free (political) signs you can have on every street corner. Just lap your company logo onto the front of the sign.

Getting some paint on the walls. Getting the tile up in the bathroom. Just two and a half weeks from The Hangar private offices opening and still plenty to do!

I'm convinced that if you went door to door in this costume selling Christmas lights you would crush it. Someone please try this and let me know how it goes.

Is anyone REALLY shocked at this point that hiring managers would rather see work experience than a master’s degree? Few things less useful than a 22year old with a five year MBA.

Part of me feels like the NFL has a better chance of getting these riots under control than the government of France does.

Yes barbell is happening. We are making a lot of offshore hires right now who are great with AI while most others are being left behind.

Have to imagine overseas/remote employees will be majorly wiped out my AI. Especially the ones doing “busy” work. Happening in real time in my personal work. I’m sure others are experiencing the same.

Please pray for my community. This occurred just a few miles from our home. A horrifying tragedy.

Let there be light. Adding an additional side entrance with glass here as we split this building to better fit two operators.

Tour of The Hangar for those of you that asked for one. My first project like this but very happy with the way it is coming together. We have a good team here.

Many of the good ones know that if they are buying property their investor partners who buy their deals see them as competitors. Something to be said for brokers who do not own ANY real estate themselves.
